Thank you for choosing Dean Dale SUD for your water service. Here is some informative information regarding
the District.

The Office Hours for the District are as follows:

Monday thru Friday 8:00a.m. til 5:00p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00)

Emergencies can be reported 24 hours a day by calling the office number above. However, there will be a
$25.00 fee for all responses by the on -call personnel that result in the responsibility of the customer.

Bills are mailed out on the 25th of each month. Each account is due on the 10th of the month. On the 11th, the
system will generate a $10.00 late fee to your account. This allows you a 5 day extension. On the 16th, the District will
mail out disconnect notices. This will generate another $10.00 fee and allow you an approximate 10 day extension.
The disconnect notice will indicate the disconnect date. The District shall impose a Delinquency Fee of $100.00 to
your account if you payment is not received in the office BEFORE the date specified on your Disconnect notice.
Your meter will remain locked until this fee, in addition to the balance of your account, is paid in full. Meter readers
are NOT allowed to collect payments. Payments for delinquent accounts must be in the office by 4:00pm or the meter will NOT
be unlocked until the next business day. Tampering with your meter or lock will result in an additional fine as well as
the District pressing charges. This policy will apply to all accounts on the system.

Below is a list of the Districtís Rates and Fees:

Late Fee: $10.00 Standard Service Minimum Fee   $30.00
Notify Fee: $10.00 0-6,000 gallons $9.00 per thousand gallons
Service Fee: $100.00 6,001-12,000 gallons $9.50 per thousand gallons
Filing and Connection Fee:   $25.00 12,001- over gallons $10.00 per thousand gallons

The District will enforce the current policy of meter accessibility. The Customer is responsible for maintaining
the upkeep around the meter. If the meter is not accessible, we will estimate your bill and send you a courtesy letter.
If no change is made by the next meter reading date, your meter will then be locked.
